About the Project

IN2 have been appointed by International Campus to carry out full Environmental and Sustainability services for a new residential development of 154 units spread across 2 blocks in Frankfurt.

Volta 81 is based in the City West neighbourhood, which is part of the Bockenheim district and the project will see a deep retrofit being carried out to a former office and residential building totalling 14,768m².

The deep retrofit and associated works will be completed to the high standard of the Havens Living brand. Inspired by coliving, coworking and urban housing concepts, the Havens Living concept enables people to easily pick accommodation and move into centrally located apartments with social community spaces, fully equipped apartments, and flexible lease agreements.

The completed Build to Rent scheme will also feature provisions for bars, restaurants, a rooftop terrace, a gym and co-working spaces. As well as this, green walls and all rooftops will be covered in greenery to enhance natural habitat as well as regulate temperatures in warmer months with zero energy consumption.
