IN2 presented a panel discussion at Bisnow's London Office Conference on 21 April and were joined by the rest of the 40 Broadway design team highlighting how you can maximise sustainability, health and wellbeing in an office building, along with the challenges and opportunities you may encounter.
IN2 Associate Director William White gave an overview on the Sustainability and ESG credentials the 40 Broadway project in London is working towards. The vision for this project is to maximise building performance and wellness for occupants, with the development set to achieve WELL Platinum and BREEAM Excellent. As well as, encouraging innovative and collaborative working, while enhancing the office space with outdoor terraces.
IN2 have been appointed by Tellon Capital to undertake full Mechanical, Electrical and Environmental engineering design services including Vertical Transportation and targeted BREEAM ‘Excellent’ award from RIBA Stage 3 to handover.
