The Twist building is a new mixed-use complex providing 9 storeys of residential and 5 storeys of office space with an exceptional green space at roof levels, offering an open community space. The landmark Twist development is located in the heart of the Belval, an area, which was once an industrial site and has recently been transformed into a new urban quarter of Luxembourg.
IN2 have been appointed as the WELL AP for the 10,000m2 office space within the building to achieve WELL ‘Gold’ Accreditation.
WELL, is a performance-based system to quantify and monitor the impact of buildings on people’s health and well-being. As WELL Accredited Professionals the IN2 team will assess and ensure the Twist offices create a healthy space for people to work and thrive in. IN2 will look at factors such as air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort, and mind to do this.
